The trouble with average noise

A 50% increase in flights raises the average noise by just 1.8 decibels
It leads to stupid conclusions:

Fight the flights meeting

The first meeting of Fight the flights was on the  6/2 at Britannia village.
Around 30 people came to listen and to register their protest against the expansion of London City Airport.
There were respectable speakers from diferent organisations:

Friend of the Earth
London 21
HACAN
Aviation Environment Federation
LADACAN
